Education:
Theo attended the University of California in Los Angeles and earned a BA in Geography and Urban Environment in 1999.
Experience:
Theo’s experience involves extensive hands-on project consulting and operations, information management, telemarketing and sales. He has been with Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc. since 2002, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing. Research of the North Bay market has equipped Theo with an extensive knowledge of opportunities.
From 2000 – 2002 he worked for the National Association of Television Program Executives as an Administrative and Sales Assistant to the SR VP in Santa Monica, CA. Theo administered convention floor booth and area leases to television networks and independent producers.
He was the Senior Supervisor and Training Manager for the UCLA Call Center from 1996 – 2000, meeting and exceeding fundraising efforts for many graduate and undergraduate academic programs at the university.
Responsibilities:
Theo has developed many relationships with investors and businesses by representing them as buyers & sellers, and as landlords & tenants in real estate transactions. He handles leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail buildings, and land and multi-family sales.
