“In my fourth year at Keegan & Coppin, the future is looking bright. I seek to build long-term client/agent relationships. As a commercial property owner, I can relate to the needs and concerns involved with ownership. This includes maintaining consistent tenancy, whether owner/user or investor, as a key element to return on investment in the property.
I have been able to survive market turbulence and challenges involved with the Pandemic. Additionally, my ability to navigate through transactional hurdles while in escrow, whether it be lending, zoning, or building permits, have proven my business savvy, time and time again. The ultimate result is a smooth and seamless transaction while maintaining client satisfaction. I also value my up-to-date knowledge of the local commercial real estate market offerings, building specific history, and local utility infrastructure. I have thorough experience coordinating/conceptualizing tenant and building improvement costs, and can oversee your project through the County and City Zoning and building permit processes.
With over $7,000,000 in closed gross sales and leases in 2021, I will continue to build my business through professionalism, solid work ethic, and focus on the needs of my clients. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate the opportunity to serve you.”
