“After 30+ years as an established service company with an ever-growing customer base, it was time to take the leap and transition to purchasing a local building that would secure our position as the leading water treatment systems installation and service provider.
Demi was the first step in this decision as he truly had our best interest in mind. For two years, we monitored the market carefully waiting for just the right property. Demi had a connection that landed us the first viewing of a listing that was coming onto the market. He was instrumental in strategizing an offer that was accepted without a counter.
He connected us with other key players that ultimately organized an SBA loan, worked out a lease agreement with our rented space at the time, formed an LLC that would hold title, and worked out a new lease agreement between the LLC and service company.
There were a lot of moving parts that Demi effectively and transparently communicated and navigated us through. In a competitive high stakes industry, Demi did right by us and maintained confidence, patience and most importantly integrity. He is a real professional and we can’t thank him enough. Hire him!”
– Nick Brasesco, Northcoast Waterworks Inc.
