Demi is a native of Sonoma County and has been a resident for 35 years. He has led at executive level in several industries and has experience in leadership, sales, operations, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. He has been able to apply his passion for solving business problems and cultivating relationships to Commercial Real Estate. Demi works out of the Petaluma office, but his territory is defined by where his clients take him. Demi specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation, but he is passionate in keeping businesses operational in Sonoma County. He represents Landlords and Tenants of industrial properties that serve food and beverage, manufacturing, production, arts, and more.

Education:
Demi graduated from El Molino High School in Forestville, then onto Santa Rosa JC’s business program and finishing at Sonoma State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business – Marketing.
