We conduct frequent property inspections to ensure proper upkeep and good tenant relations. Provide a timely response to repair issues (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Continually evaluate all aspects of maintaining your property. Utilize a proven network of vendors to ensure proper maintenance of your property. Administer the terms of the tenant Leases and provide effective tenant relations. Facilitate all Rent collections, CAM collections, CAM reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking functions. Provide you with monthly financial reports, written narrative reports and complete year-end financial reports. Establish an annual budget and provide you with monthly budget variance reports. Oversee capital improvement projects, as appropriate.

By maintaining effective relations with the tenants, and by attention to details, we reduce tenant turnover and vacancy rates and minimize tenant improvement costs.
