Kleinheinz, LLC has purchased a 25,280 sf industrial building located at 1240 Holm Road in Petaluma. A produce warehouse and distributor, the company consolidated operations in San Rafael and Santa Rosa to this new location. Though occupancy is only 50% of the space currently, plans for expansion would increase capacity to full 100%.
Soderstrom Irrevocable Trust has purchased the 34,520 sf industrial investment located at 255/285 Sutton Place in Santa Rosa.

A private investor, Jadsis LLC, has purchased the 20,760 square foot Kress Building. The office and retail building is located at 613 and 615 4th Street, Santa Rosa.
Eden Echo, LLC has purchased the 5,800 sf office building located at 2140 Fourth Street in San Rafael.
The 8-unit apartment building located at 4645-4667 Sonoma Highway in Santa Rosa has been purchased by Yi Xiao and Jian Cai.
Homeward Bound of Marin has purchased a 30,880 sf retail building located at 5394 Nave Drive in Novato.

Leases Over 5,000 sf
Looking to consolidate offices and move their operations to a more centralized location, St. Helena Health Care has leased 26,268 sf of office space at 463 Aviation Blvd., in Santa Rosa.
PNI Sensor Corp. has leased 13,671 sf of industrial space at 2331 Circadian Way, Santa Rosa. A developer of sensor systems for the military, scientific, and consumer markets, the move is part of their continued expansion plans.
12,534 sf of industrial space located at 1175 Commerce Boulevard, American Canyon, has been leased to Sonoma County Vintner’s Co-op. Looking for a more permanent space in Napa County, the company warehouses and distributes wine.

50.8 acres of residential development land were purchased at 2186 Monticello Road in Napa by Monticello Property Investment Group, LLC.
Pacifica Haystack LP has purchased 3.93 acres of residential development land at 215 Weller Street in Petaluma.

The Erika & Michael Mountanos Trust purchased the 72,000 sf industrial building located at 1331 Commerce Street from the 3M Co. Mountanos Brothers is a coffee and tea manufacturer.
Gruber Family Partners has purchased a 21-unit apartment investment located at 2190 Beach Street in San Francisco.
Fuegogrande Properties, LLC has purchased the 31,000 sf building located at 1415 N. McDowell Blvd. The building will continue to house Force 10 Networks in approximately 40% of the building. The California Academy-Paul Mitchell Beauty Schools has leased the remaining 60% of the building.
Marin City Community Development Corp. has purchased a 7,402 sf office building located at 441 Drake Avenue in Sausalito.
Expanding to meet the growing needs of families in Santa Rosa, the Redwood Empire Food Bank has purchased 3990 Brickway Boulevard. The 60,400 sf building has room to meet the food bank’s needs for the next 20+ years.
3635 Standish Avenue, Santa Rosa, a 13,500 sf industrial building, has been sold to WLU, LLC. Owner Henry Schmit will be using the building to store a car collection.

Exchange Bank has sold their 10,000 sf building in downtown Santa Rosa, located at 533 5th St., to Howard Levy Appraisals. Exchange bank was the owner and tenant and used the building for their HR and training functions. Exchange Bank will lease back two floors of the building for approximately 6 months.
Increasing their investment portfolio, FJM Investments has recently purchased the 58,695 sf industrial building at 21-37 Duffy Place in San Rafael.
DR Stephens, a real estate investment company, has purchased a 64,500 sf industrial building at 444-454 Dubois Street in San Rafael.

Leases Over 5,000 sf
Enphase Energy has leased 10,328 sf of office space at 2388 Walsh Avenue, Santa Clara, as part of their expansion plans. The move will allow the solar company greater access to engineers and workforce in the area.
Hertz Car Rental has leased 30,000 sf of space at 3155 Santa Rosa Avenue, Santa Rosa.
Also renewing their lease is Mapleton Investments. The company is currently leasing 33,325 sf of office and R&D space at 3640 Westwind Blvd., Santa Rosa.
The telecommunications company, AT&T, has renewed their existing lease of 40,832 sf at 1500 Valley House Drive in Rohnert Park, planning to continue their on-going operations at this current site.
Veteran's Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Santa Rosa has leased an additional 6,442 sf of office space at 3841 Brickway Blvd, now totaling 29,498 sf at their current location near Sonoma County Airport.
Rolling Frito-Lay Sales, LP has renewed their lease of 27,505 sf of office & industrial space at 3033 Coffey Lane, Santa Rosa.
