Education:

Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at Principia College in Elsah, Illinois (1981).

Experience:

Shawn joined the team at Keegan & Coppin Company, Inc. in 1985, beginning an outstanding career in real estate that has spanned 24 years.

In 1998, he acquired the title of Partner in Keegan & Coppin Company. Shawn handles a diverse listing of transactions, including Leasing, Land and Building Sales, Build-to-Suits, Tenant Representation and Exclusive Facility Representation. Awarded Top Ten Salesperson at Keegan & Coppin for several years.

In the year 2000, the Northern California Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors awarded Shawn for completing the largest Industrial Lease Transaction outside of the South Bay, which was valued at over $23,000,000.
