Since joining Keegan & Coppin, Ruben has successfully negotiated over $32,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions representing completed transactions of 252,000+ sf of office space & buildings, 219,000+ sf of industrial space, buildings & land and 65,000+ sf of retail space & buildings with a combined total of over 536,000 sf of commercial real estate.
