Education:

Matt Wagner was born and raised in Marin County. He attended St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco where he was Salutatorian and excelled in Lacrosse. He continued his education with a BA in History from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In helping the Gauchos win a National Championship in Lacrosse, he has brought his avid competitive spirit to Keegan & Coppin with an undaunted effort to become the best agent in Marin County by serving clients throughout the Bay Area.

Experience:

Matt joined Keegan & Coppin in 2008 and is directing his efforts specifically on leasing and investments.

Prior to joining Keegan & Coppin, Matt worked in sales with national gas and oil distributor Commercial Energy of California perfecting his calling and sales techniques making him one of the most successful cold-callers in the company. Company goals targeted a 5% success rate with initial call to initial meeting set; Matt was able to vastly surpass this and close on initial meetings in nearly 30% of his initial cold calls. This has translated into high success levels with attracting tenants to explore current market conditions and opportunities to relocate.
