Education:

Dave Peterson attended Indiana University, Bloomington and earned his B.S. in Finance – Real Estate.

Career Summary:

Prior to joining Keegan & Coppin Compnay, Dave worked at Julien J. Studley in San Francisco, CA as a commercial real estate consultant/agent. At Studley, Dave focused on tenant representation basically functioning as an outsourced real estate department for his clients. Throughout his career at Studley, he assisted clients with strategic planning, financial analysis, efficiency analysis, demographic analysis, portfolio management, location/site analysis, lease negotiations and lease documentation. He closed over 600,000 SF in transactions at Studley.

Dave joined Keegan & Coppin in September 2003. He focuses on office & industrial leasing/sales as well as investments. Dave has been involved in some of the most notable transactions in the North Bay over the past few years including a 110,000 sq. ft. lease for Boston Scientific, a 74,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit for La Tortilla Factory, a 26,000 sq. ft. lease for the County of Sonoma and a 30,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit for M.A. Silva Corks.
