Professional Background:
Carrie Kerwin has been a life-long resident of the Bay Area, and has lived in Sonoma Valley since 1991. After receiving her Real Estate license in 1998, she sold property in the new-home subdivision, the residential re-sale, and the raw land markets. She has acted as Owner/Builder in designing, developing, and marketing multiple projects. She has extensive knowledge in the field of construction and has a background in design and advertising. She is currently a Board Member of the Kenwood Education Foundation and former graduate of the U.C Berkeley.
