Education:

Following a United Kingdom tour with the U.S. Air Force, Bill received a B.A. in Humanities from U.S. International University in San Diego. Thereafter, he earned California Teachers Credentials from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park in 1974.

Experience:

Bill's experience includes fifteen (15) years with Sonoma County commercial real estate brokerages. He also has served four (4) years as a property manager for regional shopping centers in Southern California. Bill has a Senior Real Estate Advisor's experience in sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties.

Prior experience includes teaching at Elementary and High School levels in Santa Rosa and Maui, Hawaii. He also served as General Manager of Regional Shopping Centers with Hahn Property Management from 1975-79.

Thereafter, Bill served as General Manager at Wine Services Co-op in Napa Valley and Sonoma Wine Services in Sonoma. From 1988 to 1990, Bill was Vice-President of Sales/General Manager for Western Wine Services in St. Helena and Napa, CA.

In 1991, Bill began his real estate career at Del Monte Commercial Real Estate, Santa Rosa. From 1993-98, Bill practiced commercial real estate with Sonoma Properties and Hurd Real Estate. In 1999, Bill joined Keegan & Coppin with extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate.
